Step 1: Preliminary Exam (Written)

- Subject: General Knowledge & Current Affairs.
- Negative Marking: 0.2 Marks for each wrong answer.
- Qualifying: Minimum 30% marks required.
Step 2: Mains Examination (Written)
- Paper I (General Hindi): 200 Marks | 100 Questions | 2 Hours (Qualifying nature, min 30% req).
- Paper II (General Studies): 200 Marks | 100 Questions | 2 Hours. (Subjects: General Science, Civics, Indian History, Geography, Maths & Mental Ability).
