Primary Stage (Class I to V)	• Senior Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). • OR Senior Secondary with 45% marks + 2-year D.El.Ed (as per NCTE Regulations 2002). • OR Senior Secondary with 50% marks + 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). • OR Graduation with 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) (check NCTE notification).
Elementary Stage (Class VI to VIII)	• Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. • OR Graduation with 50% marks + Passed/Appearing in 1-year B.Ed. • OR Senior Secondary with 50% marks + 4-year B.El.Ed. • OR Senior Secondary with 50% marks + 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

How to Download CTET Exam City & Admit Card 2026

Candidates can check their Exam City from 23 January 2026 onwards on the official website.
Visit the official website ctet.nic.in.
Click on the link “View Centre City for CTET Feb-2026”.
Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth.
The Exam City Intimation Slip will appear. Download it to know your exam city.
The Final Admit Card with the exact center name will be available 2 days before the exam (approx 06 Feb 2026).
Candidate must carry the Admit Card and a valid Photo ID Proof to the exam center.
